Vanessa Druskat Authors Book on Team Emotional Intelligence

Vanessa Druskat, associate professor of organizational behavior and management at Paul College, became a book author over the summer.

Druskat's book "The Emotionally Intelligent Team: Building Collaborative Groups That Outperform the Rest," came out in July. Drawing on more than 30 years of research, the book introduces Druskat’s Team Emotional Intelligence (Team EI) model, a framework for fostering trust, collaboration, and long-term performance through shared behavioral norms. The book aims to equip leaders with actionable tools to help teams thrive in today’s fast-changing workplace environments.

The book has received attention from multiple media outlets, including Forbes, Fast Company, and New Hampshire Business Review.
