Paul College CAB Committee

Vision

To be a community where faculty, staff, students, and partners experience a genuine sense of belonging, where our shared learning environment is accessible, supportive, and grounded in integrity, creativity, and care. Through our collective commitment to one another, we strengthen the college’s vision to prepare students to build a better world.

Our Mission

To cultivate an inclusive and connected community where all members thrive. We promote accessibility in learning and engagement, foster dynamic relationships, and embolden initiatives that enhance well-being, collaboration, and equitable participation in the wildcat community.

The PCAB Committee supports this mission by:

Promoting strategies for continued growth by measuring progress toward a more connected and accessible community

Celebrating the diverse contributions and experiences that strengthen our college

Advocating for practices and policies that promote access and belonging for all members of our community

Building opportunities for conversations, connections, and shared learning across roles and disciplines
