SBDC Celebrates 40+ Years of Impact as a Paul College Center

NH SBDC's 2024 Impact Report

The New Hampshire Small Business Development Center (NH SBDC) is proud share our 2024 Impact Report, highlighting 40 years of empowering entrepreneurs, strengthening local economies, and fostering innovation across the Granite State.

For four decades, UNH has been SBDC’s host institution.

In 2024, NH SBDC had a total economic impact of $254.6 million on the State of New Hampshire, a testament to the hard work of our dedicated business advisors and the entrepreneurs we serve. This represents steady growth over the past five years and underscores the critical role small businesses play in New Hampshire’s economy.

NH SBDC’s Commitment to supporting small businesses has never been stronger, and the numbers from this past year tell a powerful story of impact and resilience.

  • 1,910 clients received one-on-one business advising, a 127% increase from 2019.

  •  $15.8 million in new capital was accessed with our guidance.

  • 6,500 jobs were supported by NH SBDC-assisted businesses.

  • 81 new businesses were launched.
