Business in Practice's Neil Niman (Faculty Director) and Jennifer Chagnon (Associate Director) co-wrote The Work-Ready Graduate, which is now available through Palgrave-Macmillan [Springer]. The book presents much of their combined experience creating the Business in Practice program for Paul College. It speaks more broadly to how higher education needs to change, and specifically highlights how to welcome industry professionals into the undergraduate experience to develop those work-ready capabilities needed to launch their careers.
