
<p>Deni Hatch is a Lecturer at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. She teaches classes in Business Ethics, Responsible Management, Organizational Behavior, and Leading Diverse Organizations. During their doctoral program, Deni taught a variety of classes at the Eller College of Management and published research on the internal mechanisms of ethical decision-making. Her dissertation is entitled “From Deviant to Harmful Competitive Behavior: The Role of Guilt, Psychological Power, and Moral Identity”. In addition to being a Lecturer at the University of New Hampshire, Deni is also the Board President of 603 Equality, a non-profit organization that advocates for transgender rights in New Hampshire.</p>
