<p>Wei is an assistant professor of Decision Sciences at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Her research falls within the domains of sustainable operations management and nonprofit operations, broadly focusing on how government agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses can improve operational decisions to advance socially responsible objectives, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Wei's work is practice-driven and informed by close engagement with practitioners. She has published in journals including Manufacturing and Service Operations Management and Production and Operations Management. Wei holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master of Science degree in Applied Statistics and Decision Making from Fordham University, and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and applied mathematics from the Hefei University of Technology.</p>
