Start time: 9:00 a.m.

1. Register for the type of race you will be doing (run/walk and timed/untimed). Be sure to choose Adult TEAM 5k (13+yrs) OR Adult WALK - TEAM 5k (UNTIMED).
2. Note: beach clean-up is FREE and you do not need to enter the race to participate.
3. Select “Join a Team” for the race portion.
4. Choose team #PaulPride from the drop down.
5. Visit Who's Registered to see who is signed up!
6. Sign up by Friday, March 22^nd to receive a #PaulPride team T-shirt. (Christine Wolczko will contact those registed by email for shirt size.)
7. Just doing the beach clean-up? Terrific! You will also receive a #PaulPride team T-shirt (let Christine know).
8. A time and location will be set ahead of time for everyone to meet up for a team photo.

TEAM PARTICIPANTS FEES
Costs are per person. Teams must consist of 5 or more members who participate in the 5k.
5k Trail Race (ages 13+):  $22 through April 16; $25 thereafter
5k Trail Race (ages 6-12):  $12 through April 16; $17 thereafter
5k Age 5 and under:  FREE

Kids Fun Run Fees
Under age 5 - 300 yard dash:  $6 -- 9:40 a.m.
Ages 5-12 - 300 yard dash:  $6 -- 9:50 a.m.
Ages 12 and under - Half mile run:  $6 -- 10:00 a.m.

SCHEDULE
5k Trail Race: Registration 7:30-8:45 a.m. -- Race begins promptly at 9 a.m.*
Kids Fun Run: Registration 7:30-8:45 a.m. -- 9:40, 9:50, and 10 a.m.
5k Awards:  10 a.m.
Raffles:  10:30 a.m.          
Beach Clean-up:  11:00 a.m.

*Race start time will stagger by runner’s average pace per mile; choose your pace category when you register. Walkers will begin immediately after the runners.
Race Notes: Dogs are not allowed and strollers permitted only in the kids races.
