Druskat Highlights Paul College and UNH During European Sabbatical

While on sabbatical in Europe this spring, Vanessa Druskat partnered with Harvard Business Review Press to film a live webinar marking the global launch of her book, The Emotionally Intelligent Team: Building Collaborative Groups that Outperform the Rest.

The event drew significant international interest, with more than 5,000 leaders from around the world registering to view the recording and 1,000 attending the live session.

During a visit to Copenhagen, Druskat also participated in small roundtable discussions with more than 50 CEOs from major Danish organizations and 10 HR vice presidents, sharing cutting-edge approaches to building collaborative, high-performing teams.

Her next stop is a six-week residency at Bologna Business School in Italy, home to the newly established European Center for Team Emotional Intelligence, which is based on her research with S. Wolff.
