From Innovator Mindset to Design Thinking

Ever since his design thinking educator certifications in 2018 from MIT and the Stanford Design School, Dev Dutta has been building up his portfolio of exec-education and outreach work in these areas. In the spring, he conducted a customized workshop on Design Thinking for field officers of NH Listens, as well as a half-day workshop for company executives as part of the Paul College Leadership Certificate Program. He followed this up with an extensive set of boot camps and workshops on creative problem-solving, design thinking and the innovator mindset this summer across India, for universities, incubators, and companies. This month, he offered a shorter one hour concentrated module through Zoom on these topics for BAE Systems and their employees across multiple locations, which was very well received.
