MAC SMAC Showcases Strength in Community

The UNH Marketing and Advertising Club hosted the Summit for Marketing and Advertising Careers (MAC SMAC) on March 8, 2025, centered around the theme: "Strength in Community: Powering Inclusion & Impact."
The event provided students with valuable opportunities to:
- Gain industry insights from two outstanding panels featuring UNH alumni from Panera Bread, Fidelity Investments, Timberland, Garnet Hill, Digitas North America, AREA 23 | An IPG Health Company, Forrester, IAPP, Stonyfield, Havas Media Network, and Chewy.
- Participate in a Real-World Business Challenge and Marketing Career Fair, connecting with recruiters from leading companies.
- Network with industry professionals at a wrap-up networking night.
The summit kicked off with a keynote address by Jamie Medeiros ’04, Chief Brand Officer at Planet Fitness, who shared insightful

advice on building community, accessibility, and brand loyalty—culminating in an engaging audience Q&A.
